2370 INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS OTHER THAN TREATIES [63 STAT. sub-paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) of paragraph 3 above, and shall submit to the.ECA Mission in Greece with a copy to the Controller of the ECA in Washington, monthly state- ments of the amounts so expended in a form mutually satis- factory to the Government of Greeoe and the ECA Mission; provided, that each such statement shall show at least the total weight carried and the charges therefor, and adjustments shall be made to said fund if shown by ECA audit to be required.
