other expenses, including the purchase of equipment and supplies, of administrative offices: Provided further, That the limiting amount heretofore stated for administrative expenses shall be increased by an amount which does not exceed the aggregate cost of salaries, wages, travel, and other expenses of persons employed outside the continental United States; the expenses of services performed on a contract or fee basis in connection with termination of contracts or in the performance of legal services; and all administrative expenses reimbursable from other Government agencies: Provided further, That the distribution of administrative expenses to the accounts of the Corporation shall be made in accordance with generally recognized accounting principles and practices. SEC. 202. This title may be cited as the "Reconstruction Finance Corporation Appropriation Act, 1952".

CHAPTER V DEPARTMENT OF LABOR BUREAU OF EMPLOYMENT SECURITY

Salaries and expenses: For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $1,287,500; and appropriations granted under this head shall be available for expenses, not otherwise provided for, necessary to enable the Secretary to carry out the functions of the Department of Labor under the provisions of the Act of July 12, 1951 (Public Law 78). Farm labor supply revolving fund: For working capital for the "Farm labor supply revolving fund", which is hereby established to provide for payment of transportation, subsistence, and all other expenses, for which the United States is to be reimbursed pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2) of section 502 of the Act of July 12, 1951 (Public Law 78), $1,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That said fund shall be credited with all amounts received by the United States pursuant to said paragraphs. Grants to States for unemployment compensation and employment service administration: For an additional amount for "Grants to States for unemployment compensation and employment service administration", $19,000,000.
