Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 4(a) and 9 of the Immigration Act of 1924, as fu.^s^a§§^IH(a), amended, the minor child, Lucia Adamos, shall be held and considered 209; sup. iv, § 2 4 (a)! 0 to be the natural-born alien child of Mr, and Mrs. Apolonio Adamos, citizens of the United States. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provisions of the eleventh category of section 3 of the Immigration Act of 1917, as amended (8 U.S.C. 136 (e)), James A. G. Martindale, a native of Great Britain and a resident of Canada, may be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of the immigration laws.
