Villas, shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fees and head taxes. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such aliens as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota officer to deduct two numbers from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the immigration laws, the provisions of the eleventh category of section 3 of the Immigration Act of 1917, as amended (8 U.S.C. 136 (e)), shall not hereafter apply to Mrs. Margit Helena Falk Raboff, Swedish wife of Ernest Lloyd Raboff, of Los Angeles, California, a United States citizen, with respect to any conviction or admission of the commission of any crime in her case of which the Department of State and the Department of Justice have knowledge on the date of enactment of this Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws, Maryanna Boppel shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee and head tax. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quotacontrol officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available.
