For an additional amount for "International information and educational activities", for facilities for radio transmission and reception, and so forth, as authorized in the third proviso under this head in the Supplemental Appropriation Act, 1951, $9,533,939, to remain available until expended; and the limitation contained in said proviso is increased from "$41,288,000" to "$50,821,939". For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $5,872,000; and appropriations granted under this head for the fiscal year 1951 shall be available for the purchase of seven hundred passenger motor vehicles in addition to those heretofore provided.
