Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, solely for the purpose of section 4(a) and section 9 of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, and notwithstanding any provisions excluding from admission to the United States persons of races ineligible to citizenship, Ichiro lida, a minor Japanese child, shall be considered the alien natural-born child of Warrant Officer Richard Leroy Tracy, a citizen of the United States. AN ACT For the relief of Chiu But Yue. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the immigration and naturalization laws, Chiu But Yue, the minor child of a United States citizen father, shall be deemed to be a nonquota immigrant if otherwise admissible under the provisions of the immigration laws.
