For establishment and development of military installations and facilities in foreign countries, $140,000,000, to remain available until expended. DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY MILITARY CONSTRUCTION

For construction, installation, and equipment of temporary or permanent public works, military installations, and facilities for the Army, as authorized by the Act of January 6, 1951 (Public Law 910, 64 Stat. 1221. Eiglity-first Congress), the Act of September 28, 1951 (Public Law 65 Stat. 336. 155^ Eighty-secoud Congress), and the Act of , 1952 (Public Ante, p. 606. L^w , H.
