I n addition to amounts otherwise made available herein, such amounts of 1953 funds as were obligated prior to June 30, 1953, and deobligated thereafter for any reason, shall be available for reobligation for the purposes of this Act during the current fiscal year.

CORPORATION

The following corporation is hereby authorized to make such expenditures, within the limits of funds and borrowing authority available to such corporation or agency and in accord with law, and to make such contracts and commitments without regard to fiscal year limitations as provided by section 104 of the Government Corporation Control Act, as amended, as may be necessary in carrying out the programs set forth in the Budget for the fiscal year 1954 for such corporation: Institute of Inter-American Affairs.
