CHAPTER 121 AN ACT P y r the relief of Alexander A. Senibaldi.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the se'^b^M."'^*' ^' United States of America in Congress a^'isembled^ That Alexander A. Senibaldi (chief petty officer, United States Naval Reserve), Everett, Massachusetts, is hereby relieved of all liability to refund to the United States the sum of $624.27. Such sum represents compensation received by the said Alexander A. Senibaldi as an employee of the United States Post Office, Boston, Massachusetts, during the period beginning July 16, 1946, and ending January 2, 1947, while he was also employed at the Watertown Arsenal and was receiving dual compensation from the United States at a combined annual rate in excess of $2,000. In the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, full credit shall be given for the amount for which liability is relieved by this Act. SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said Alexander A. Senibaldi, an amount equal to the aggregate of the amounts paid by him, or withheld from sums otherwise due him, in complete or partial satisfaction of the claim of the United States for such refund. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the^ Immigration and Nation|6staui69,i80. ^lity Act, the minor child, William Eobert DeGrafft, shall be held 1155.
