For an additional amount for "Education of Senate and House pages", $2,785. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE WORKING CAPITAL AND CONGRESSIONAL PRINTING AND BINDING

The unexpended balances of all appropriations to the Government Printing Office for "Working capital and congressional printing and binding", for the fiscal years 1943 through 1951 shall be available, without regard to fiscal year limitations, for payment of claimc settled by the General Accounting Office in favor of employees and former employees of the Government Printing Office for additional compensation on account of service rendered during the fiscal years 1942 through 1951.
