CHAPTER 514 AN ACT For the relief of Donald Grant.

Quota deduction.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws, Donald Grant shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. of section 32, township 26 north, range 24 east, Montana principal meridian, containing two hundred forty-five acres. SEC. 2. Said patent in fee when issued shall contain a reservation to the Fort Belknap Indian Community, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of March 3, 1921 (41 Stat. 1355), of all minerals, including coal, oil and gas. SEC. 3. Pursuant to the provisions of the Act of March 3, 1921 (41 Stat. 1355, 1357), and the Act of March 7, 1928 (45 Stat. 200-210), as suppleniented by the Act of July 1, 1932 (47 Stat. 564, 565), said patent in fee when issued shall contain a provision that any of the above-described lands which may be situated within a Federal irrigation project are subject to a lien, prior and superior to all other liens for the amount of costs and charges due to the United States for and on account of construction, operation, and maintenance of the irrigation system or acquisition of water rights by which said lands have been or are to be reclaimed. CHAPTER 515 AN ACT For the relief of Wong You Henn.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Wong You Henn shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. Approved July 15, 1954.
