AN ACT For the relief of certain Chinese children.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the puroses of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and ationality Act, the minor children, Chee-on Wong, Chee-leong Wong, Qew-Yuen Wong, and Mee-Yuen Wong, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien children of William Wong Foon Kew, a citizen of the United States. AN ACT For the relief of Apostolos Savvas Vassiliadis. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Apostolos Savvas Vassiliadis shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available.
