CHAPTER 881

AN ACT For the relief of Edeltraud Kamberg Douglass. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a)(9) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Edeltraud Kamberg Douglass may be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground of exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice have knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Evanthia Demetrios Makrozonari, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mrs. Evanthia G. CHAPTER 884 AN ACT For the relief of Alberto Ugo Landry.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Alberto Ugo Landry shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee.
