CHAPTER 974 AN ACT For the relief of Frank Robert Gage.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and rus**c^rio^°* Nationality Act, the minor child, Frank Eobert Gage (Franz F i h n), 1155. ' shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Guy Glen Gage and Mrs. Elizabeth Lackron Gage, citizens of the United States. Approved August 26, 1954. Private Law 825

CHAPTER 975 AN ACT For the relief of Tamiko Fujiwara.

August 26, 1954 [H. R. 6442]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Tamiko Fujiwara, the fiancee of William E. LaBore, a citizen of the United States, shall be eligible for a visa as a nonimmigrant temporary visitor for a period of three months: Provided, That the administrative authorities find that the said Tamiko Fujiwara is coming to the United States with a bona fide intention of being married to the said William E. LaBore and that she is found otherwise admissible under the immigration laws. I n the event the marriage between the above-named persons does not occur within three months after the entry of the said Tamiko Fujiwara, she shall be required to depart from the United States and upon failure to do so shall be deported in accordance with the provi12 5 2, sions of sections 242 and 243 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. I n the event that the marriage between the above-named persons shall occur within three months after the entry of the said Tamiko Fujiwara, the Attorney General is authorized and directed to record the lawful admission for permanent residence of the said Tamiko Fujiwara as of the date of the payment by her of the required visa fee.
