CHAPTER 95 AN ACT For the relief of Jalul Ra.slitian.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Jalal itashtian shall 66 Stat. 163. be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United 8 USC 1101 note. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Woldemar Jaskowsky shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. AN ACT For the relief of the Stebbins Construction Company.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Atnenca in Congress assembled, That jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma to hear, determine, and render findings of fact as to the amount of loss, if any, sustained by the Stebbins Construction Company, Tulsa, Oklahoma, for reclamation contract Numbered 12r-16727, arising out of or attributable to the alleged failure of the Government to supply materials, as provided for in said contract, and not arising out of or attributable to any disagreement between the Stebbins Construction Company and any third party which undertook to supply such materials.
