Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the pur- Peter A. Pirogov. poses of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Peter A. Pirogov shall fulc^uoi^ote. be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of February 4, 1949, upon payment of the required visa fee. I n the administration of that Act, the said Peter A. Pirogov shall not be regarded as having been at any time prior to the enactment of this Act a person within the provisions of section 212(a) (28)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (66 Stat. 163). s use ii82.
