Clause (3) of section 7(a) of such Act (29 U.S.C. 37 (a)) is amended by striking out "for any one course of study for a period in excess of two years" and inserting in lieu thereof "for any one course of study, other than a course of study in physical medicine and rehabilitation, for a period in excess of two years, or for a course of study in physical medicine and rehabilitation for a period in excess of three years". SEC. 3. The amendments made by this Act shall become effective July 1, 1957. Approved August 28, 1967.

AN ACT To amend the Act of March 3, 1901, with respect to the citizenship and residence qualifications of the directors or trustees of certain companies in the District of Columbia.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 736 of the Act entitled "An Act to establish a code of law for the District of Columbia", approved March 3, 1901 (D. C. Code, sec. 26-324), is amended by inserting "and citizens of the United States," immediately after "be stockholders," and by striking out "one-half residents and citizens of the District of Columbia," and inserting in lieu thereof "two-thirds of whom shall reside in the District of Columbia or within one hundred miles of the location of the principal office of the company,". Approved August 28, 1957.

Veterans' Education Appeals Board. 38 USC Oh. 12A.

AN ACT To provide for the termination of the Veterans' Education Appeals Board established to review certain determinations and actions of the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs in connection with education and training for World War II veterans.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That paragraph 11 (d) of part VIII of Veterans Regulation Numbered 1 (a) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new subparagraph: "The Veterans' Education Appeals Board established by this paragraph shall cease to exist sixty days after the date of enactment of this subparagraph, and the records of the Board shall thereupon be transferred to the National Archives and Records Service of the General Services Administration, for retention to the extent warranted, or otherwise for disposition according to law. The Board shall not receive or act upon any application for review filed after the date of enactment of this subparagraph." Approved August 28, 1957.
