Private Law 85-134 AN ACT For the relief of Fannie Alexander Gast.

Be it eruwted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Fannie Alex- Fannie A. Gast. ander Gast, who lost United States citizenship under the provisions of section 401(e) of the Nationality Act of 1940, may be naturalized 54uStat. 801168. 8 se 1 note. by taking, prior to one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, before any court referred to in subsection (a) of section 310 of 66 the Immigration and Nationality Act or before any diplomatic or 8 Stat.e 239. 4258., u s 1 21 consular officer of the United States abroad, an oath as prescribed by i448 section 337 of such Act: Provided, That from and after naturalization under this Act, the said Fannie Alexander Gast shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Guillermo B. Rigonan shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Private Law 85-136 AN ACT For the relief of Vida Letitia Baker.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Attorney General is authorized and directed to cancel any outstanding order and warrant of deportation, warrant of arrest, and bonds, which may have issued in the case of Vida Letitia Baker. From and after the date of the enactment of this Act, the said Vida Letitia Baker shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same facts upon which such deportation proceedings were commenced or any such warrants and orders have issued. Approved August 14, 1957.
