AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of Agriculture in selling or agreeing to the sale of lands to the State of North Carolina to permit the State to sell or exchange such lands for private purposes.. Postal service, mail detention. AN ACT To amend the Act of July 27, 1956, relating to detention of mail for temporary periods in certain cases Armed Forces. AN ACT To entitle members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps retired after t h i r t y years' service to retired pay equal to 75 per centum of the monthly basic pay authorized for the highest enlisted, warrant, or commissioned grade in which they served satisfactorily during World War I, and for other purposes Administrative agency proceedings, records. AN ACT To authorize the abbreviation of the record on the review or enforcement of orders of administrative agencies by the courts of appeals and the review or enforcement of such orders on the original papers and to make uniform the law relating to the record on review or enforcement of such orders, and for other purposes D.
