AN ACT rp^ amend the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act, as amended. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That section 8 of the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act, as amended (16 U.S.C. 590h), is amended by striking out of subsection (a) "Janary 1, 1959" and "December 31, 1958", wherever they appear therein, and inserting in lieu thereof "January 1, 1963" and "December 31, 1962", respectively.
