Private Law 85-612 AN ACT For the relief of Maria Fierro Calogero,

Be it enacted by the Semite and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Maria Fierro Calogero, who lost United States citizenship under the provisions of section 404(b) of the Nationality Act of 1940, may be naturalized by taking prior to one year after the effective date of this Act, before any court referred to in subsection (a) of section 310 of the Immigration and Nationality Act or before any diplomatic or consular officer of the United States abroad, the oaths prescribed by section 337 of the said Act. From and after naturalization under this Act, the said Maria Fierro Calogero shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss. Approved August 20, 1958.

Private Law 85-613 AN ACT For the x-elief of Iwan Okopny.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a)(6) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Iwan Okopny may be issued a visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of such Act, under such conditions and controls which the Attorney General, after consultation with the Surgeon General of the United States Public Health Service, Department of Health, Education, and Welfare may deem necessary to impose: Provided, That, unless the beneficiary is entitled to care under the Dependents' Medical Care Act (70 Stat. 250), a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of the said Act. Private Law 85-614 AN ACT For the relief of Wallace Y. Daniels.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $375 to Wallace Y. Daniels, of Chelsea, Massachusetts, in full settlement of all claims against the United States. Such sum represents the cost of an artificial limb which was damaged on June 28, 1957, as the result of an accident while on duty at the Back Bay Post Office, Boston, Massachusetts, payment of which could not be paid
