Public Law 86-133 AN ACT To amend the Act of July 3, 1956 (70 Stat. 492), entitled "An Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to cooperate with Federal and non-Federal agencies in the prevention of waterfowl depredations, and for other purposes".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Act of July 3, 1956 (70 Stat. 492), entitled "An Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to cooperate with Federal and non-Federal agencies in the prevention of waterfowl depredations, and for other purposes", is amended by repealing and deleting therefrom section 5. Approved August 4, 1959.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 4 of the joint resolution entitled "Joint resolution to provide for investigating the feasibility of establishing a coordinated local, State, and Federal program in the city of Boston, Massachusetts, and general vicinity thereof, for the purpose of preserving the historic properties, object, and buildings in that area", approved June 16, 1955 (69 Stat. 136), as amended by the Act of February 19, 1957 (71 Stat. 4), as amended by the Act of July 3, 1958 (72 Stat. 296), is further amended by striking out "four years" and inserting in lieu thereof "five years". Section 5 of the aforesaid joint resolution, as amended, is further amended by striking out "$60,000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$80,000". Approved August 4, 1959. SEC. 2. Section 3 of the Act is amended (a) by striking out the '•o use 270c. comma and all words following the word "original" in the first sentence and (b) by striking out the words "and certified statements" in the last sentence. S E C 3. The rights of laborers and material men under contracts entered into before the effective date of this amendment shall not be affected. Approved August 4, 1959.
