ceded by the Act of June 6, 1900 (31 Stat. 677), and the interest thereon, may be advanced or expended for any purpose that is authorized by the tribal governing body and approved by the Secretary of the Interior. Any part of such funds that may be distributed per capita to the members of the tribe shall not be subject to Federal or State income tax. Approved September 21, 1959.
Public Law 86-331 AN ACT Granting the consent of Congress to the coiupact entered into by the States of West Virginia and A'irginia with respect to a certain part of the boundary l)etween such States.
Be it enacted by the t^eumte and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the consent of Congress is hereby given to the States of West Virginia and Virginia to the compact entered into by the laws of West Virginia (enrolled Senate bill Numbered 275, 1959, approved March 11, 1959) and by the laws of Virginia (chapter 44 of the laws of Virginia, 1959, approved April 24, 1959) establishing the boundary between Monroe County, West Virginia, and Alleghany County, Virginia, as was agreed upon by the commissions appointed by such States and adopted by the respective legislatures. SEC. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is expressly reserved. Approved September 21, 1959.

Public Law 86-332 AN ACT To extend section 17 of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act for two years, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 17 of the Bankhead-Jones F a r m Tenant Act, as amended, is amended (1) by striking out "June 30, 1959" and inserting "June 30, 1961" and (2) by striking out of the second sentence the words "livestock and farm equipment" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "other assets". Approved September 21, 1959.

Public Law 86-333 AN ACT To provide that the tax exemption heretofore accorded the Veterans of Foreign Wars with respect to certain property in the District of Columbia, formerly owned by such organization but never used for its intended purpose, shall apply instead to other property subsequently acquired and used for that purpose.
