Villanueva, who lost United States citizenship under the provisions of section 401(e) of the Nationality Act of 1940, may be naturalized by taking prior to one year after the effective date of this Act, before any court referred to in subsection (a) of section 310 of the Immigration and Nationality Act or before any diplomatic or consular officer of the United States abroad, the oaths prescribed by section 337 of the said Act. From and after naturalization under this Act, the said Remedios Villanueva shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss. Approved September 21, 1959.

Quota deduction.

For the relief of Rudolph Rozman. Be it enacted by the Semite and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the puroses of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Rudolph Rozman shall e held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the reqjuired visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. V artanouche Kalfayan.

AN ACT For the relief of Vartanouche Kalfayan. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Attorney General is authorized and directed to cancel any outstanding orders and warrants of deportation, warrant of arrest, and bond, which may have issued in the case of Vartanouche Kalfayan. From and after the date of the enactment of this Act, the said Vartanouche Kalfayan shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same facts upon which such deportation proceedings were commenced or any such warrants and orders have issued.
