AN ACT For the relief of Henry K. Lee (Hyun Kui).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Henry K. Lee (Hyun Kui) shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the Quota deduction, euactmciit of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quotacontrol officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assemMed^ That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, John Lipset shall be deemed to have retained the status conferred upon him under Private Law 844 of the Eighty-fourth Congress, and the provisions of section 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act shall not be applicable in this case. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of section 101(a) (27)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mo Tong Lui shall be held and considered to be under 21 years of age: Provided, That a petition is filed in his behalf under section 205 of the said Act within one year from the date of enactment of this Act.
