For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses, Bureau of Public Assistance", $378,500. OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY SALARIES AND EXPENSES, OFFICE OF FIELD ADMINISTRATION

For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses, Office of Field Administration", $180,000, together with additional amounts of not to exceed $220,000 to be transferred from the Federal old-age and survivors insurance trust fund and not to exceed $2,000 to be transferred from the "Operating fund.
