For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $1,500,000. ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF RADIO FACILITIES
For an additional amount for "Acquisition and construction of radio facilities", $3,250,000, to remain available until expended. GENERAL PROVISION
Section 206 of the Independent Offices Appropriation Act, 1944 (5 U.S.C. 16a), is amended by inserting " (a) " after '^SEC. 206." and by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection: "(b) I n all cases in which under the Constitution or laws of the United States oaths are authorized or required to be administered, such oaths may be administered by the Vice President of the United States."
