Public Law 87-521 AN ACT To amend the Soil Bank Act so as to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to permit the harvesting of hay on conservation reserve aereage under certain conditions.

Be it enacted by the /Semite and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 107(a) soii Bank Act, (3) of the Soil Bank Act is amended by changing the period at the ^"*o"sua"V9i • end thereof to a comma and adding the following: "and except that 75 sut^ 129. 7 """ the Secretary may, with the approval of the contract signers, permit " u s e 1831. hay to be removed from such acreage if the Secretary, after certification by the Governor of the State in which such acreage is situated of the need for removal of hay from such acreage, determines that it is necessary to permit removal of hav f-om such acreage in order to alleviate damage, hardship, or suffering caused by severe drought, flood, or other natural disaster." Approved July 3, 1962.

Public Law 87-522 AN ACT To amend section 2 of the Act entitled "An Act to create a Library of Congress Trust Fund Board, and for other purposes", approved March 3, 1925, as amended (2 U.S.C. 158), relating to deposits with the Treasurer of the United States of gifts and bequests to the Library of Congress and to raise the statutory limitation provided for in that section.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 2 of the Act entitled "An Act to create a Library of Congress Trust Fund Board, and for other purposes", approved March 3, 1925, as amended (2 U.S.C. 158), is further amended by striking out "$5,000,000" at 43 Stat. 1107; the end of the section and inserting in lieu thereof "$10,000,000". ^^ ^*^*- ^^os. Approved July 3, 1962.

Public Law 87-523 AN ACT To incorporate the Metropolitan Police Relief Association of the District of Columbia.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Clarence H. Metropolitan po Lutz, Francis Conley, Garland B. Waters, William G. Schenck, Law- ^^^^ J/Jie^mstrTci rence D. Johnson, Anthony A. Cuozzo, Lester W. Hebbard, and Royce of Columbia. L. Givens are hereby created and declared to be a body corporate by incorporation, the name of "Metropolitan Police Relief Association of the District of Columbia" (hereinafter in this Act referred to as the "corporation"), and by such name shall be known and have perpetual succession and the powers and limitations contained in this Act.
