Grants to States, Next Succeeding Fiscal Year The appropriation and authorization in the paragraph designated "Grants to States, next succeeding fiscal year", and in the succeeding paragraph, under this heading in the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare Appropriation Act, 1963, shall also be available for carrying out title X V l of the Social Security Act, as amended.
