For an additional amount for "Grants to States for public assistance", $200,000,000: Provided, That this amount and the amount appropriated under this heading in the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare Appropriation Act, 1963, shall be available for aid to the aged, blind, or disabled and medical assistance for the aged, as authorized in title X VI of the Social Security Act, as amended. Grants to States, Next Succeeding Fiscal Year The appropriation and authorization in the paragraph designated "Grants to States, next succeeding fiscal year", and in the succeeding paragraph, under this heading in the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare Appropriation Act, 1963, shall also be available for carrying out title X V l of the Social Security Act, as amended.
