Private Law 88-166 AN ACT For the relief of Agarain K. Sreekaiith. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Bep^renentathes of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, for the purl>oses of section 2 of the Act entitled "An Act to facilitate the entry of alien skilled specialists and certain relatives of United States citizens, and for other purposes", approved October 24, 1962 (76 Stat. 1247), Agaram K. Sreekanth shall be held and considered to be an alien eligible for a quota immigrant status under the provisions of section 203(a)(1) or the Immigration and Nationality Act on the basis of a petition filed with the Attorney General prior to April 1, 1962. Private Law 88-167 AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Maria Nowakowski Chandler. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 212(a) (23) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Maria Nowakowski Chandler may be issued a visa and be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of Justice or the Department of State has knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act.
