the Act entitled "An Act to define the real property exempt from taxation in the District of Columbia", approved December 24, 1942 (56 Stat. 1089; 47 D.C. Code 47-801a et seq.), shall be held and considered to have been real property exempt from taxation in the District of Columbia under the provisions of such Act for the period beginning on October 14, 1958, and endihj^ b]a June 30, 1964. The Commissioners of the District of Columbia &J;^ authorized and directed to allow refund to the Greater Southeast Co^cciunity Hospital Foundation, Incorporated, of any amounts paid as Hli,l estate taxation on such parcel for such period. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Eolando de la Torre Arceo and John Anthony Arceo may be classified as eligible orphans within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of petitions filed in their behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Villanes Arceo, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 205(b) of the Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Maisie Magdalene Lim Ketchens (widow of Charles Ketchens, a citizen of the United States) shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Staies of America in Congress assembled, That in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Rosa Stefano Ratajczak may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Edward Ratajczak, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 205(b) of the Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans.
