GRANTS-IN-AID FOR AIRPORTS (LIQUIDATION OF CONTRACT AUTHORIZATION)

For liquidation of obligations incurred under authority granted in the Act of August 3, 1965 (69 Stat. 441), to enter into contracts, 49 USC noi$7,000,000, to remain available until expended. ^^^^ passim. GRANTS-IN-AID FOR AIRPORTS

For grants-in-aid for airports pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Airport Act, as amended, $150,000,000, to remain available until expended, as follows: for the purposes of section 5(d)(4) of such Act: $66,500,000 for each of the fiscal years 1965 and 1966; for the purposes of section 5(d)(5) of such Act, $1,500,000 for each of the fiscal years 1965 and 1966; and for the purposes of section 5(d)(6) of such Act, $7,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1965 and 1966.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

For expenses, not otherwise provided for, necessary for research, developmeht, and service testing in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Aviation Act (49 U.S.C. 1301-1542), including construction of experimental facilities tind acquisition of necessary sites by lease or grant, $40,000,000, to remain available until expended.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE, WASHINGTON NATIONAL AIRPORT

For expenses incident to the care, operation, maintenance, improvement and protection of the Washington National Airport; purchase, cleaning and repair of uniforms; and arms and ammunition; $3,565,000. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE, DULLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

For expenses incident to the care, operation, maintenance, improvement and protection of the Dulles International Airport, including purchase of three passenger motor vehicles for police type use, for replacement only, which may exceed by $300 the general purchase price limitation for the current fiscal year, purchase, cleaning and repair of uniforms; and arms and ammunition; $4,319,000. CONSTRUCTION, WASHINGTON NATIONAL AIRPORT

For necessary expenses for construction at Washington National Airport, including acquisition of land, $1,710,000, to remain available until expended. CONSTRUCTION, DULLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

For necessary expenses for construction at Dulles International Airport, $180,000, to remain available until expended. GENERAL PROVISIONS

During the current fiscal year applicable appropriations to the Federal Aviation Agency shall be available for the Federal Aviation Agency to conduct the activities specified in the Act of October 26, 1949, as amended (5 U.S.C. 596a), under determinations and regulations by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Agency; maintenance and operation of aircraft; hire of passenger motor vehicles and
