For an additional amount for "Oregon and California grant lands", for emergency repair and reconstruction of flood damaged roads on lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management, $8,500,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That this amount shall be nonreimbursable to the general fund of the Treasury, BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS EDUCATION A N D W E L F A R E

SERVICES

For an additional amount for "Education and welfare services", $600,000. RESOURCES

MANAGEMENT

For an additional amount for "Resources management", $1,031,000. CONSTRUCTION

For an additional amount for "Construction", $1,910,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That not to exceed $30,000 shall be available for purchase of land in the State of California outside the boundaries of existing Indian reservations. For an additional amount for "Road construction (Liquidation of contract authorization)", $1,000,000, to remain available until expended. NATIONAL PARK SERVICE MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION

For an additional amount for "Management and protection", $897,000. CONSTRUCTION

For an additional amount for "Construction", $580,000, to remain available until expended. BUREAU OF OUTDOOR RECREATION LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION

For expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 (78 Stat. 897), including 4 iJt^.^^ ^°^" $70,000 for administrative expenses of the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation during the current fiscal year, and acquisition of land or waters, or interests therein, in accordance with the statutory authority applicable to the State or Federal agency concerned, to be derived n-om the Land and Water Conservation Fund, established by section 2 of said Act, and to remain available until expended, not to exceed $16,000,000, of which (1) not to exceed $10,375,000 shall be available for payments to the States to be matched by the individual States with an equal amount; (2) not to exceed $4,805,000 shall be available to the National P a r k Service; and (3) not to exceed $750,000 shall be available to the Forest Service: Provided, That in the event the receipts available in
