I n addition to the amount heretofore made available in the appropriation under this head for the current fiscal year for compensation and expenses of witnesses (including expert witnesses) pursuant to section 1 of the Act of July 28, 1950 (50 U.S.C. 341) and sections 4244-48 of Title 18, United States Code, not to exceed $65,000 shall be available in such appropriation for such compensation and expenses. FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", including purchase of not to exceed one hundred passenger motor vehicles for police-type use without regard to the general purchase price limitation for the current fiscal year, $10,635,000. FEDERAL PRISON

BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES

For an additional amount for "Buildings and facilities, $3,750,000, DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE BUREAU OF PUBLIC

ROADS

FEDERAL-AID HIGHWAYS (TRUST ITJND)

For an additional amount for "Federal-aid highways (trust fund)", to remain available until expended, $250,000,000, or so much thereof as may be available in and derived from the "Highway trust fund", which sum is part of the amount authorized to be appropriated for the fiscal year 1964. THE JUDICIARY COURTS OF APPEALS, DISTRICT COURTS, AND OTHER JUDICIAL SERVICES FEES OF JURORS AND COMMISSIONERS

For an additional amount for "Fees of jurors and commissioners", $250,000. COMMISSION ON INTERNATIONAL RULES OF J U D I C I A L PROCEDURE SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For expenses necessary for the Commission on International Rules of Judicial Procedure, $25,000, to remain available until May 1, 1965.
