Be it enacted by the Senate and. House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) the Secre- Stanford tary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to admit free of duty university. the mass spectrometer (including all accompanying equipment, parts, accessories, and appurtenances) imported for the use of Stanford University, Stanford, California, which was entered during May 1963, pursuant to Consumption Entry 3970. (b) If the liquidation of the entry of any article described in subsection (a) has become final, such entry shall be reliquidated and the appropriate refund of duty shall be made. Be it enacted iy the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Bibi Daljeet K a u r may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by E a t t an Singh Dhillon and K a r t a r K a u r Dhillon, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 205(b) of the Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans.
