Private Law 89-202 AN ACT

For the jvlit'f of DioHdado F. Almazan. Be it enacted by the Senate arid House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, ITiat Diosdado F. Almazan, who lost T'liited States citizenship under the provisions of section 401(e) of the Nationality Act of 1940, may he naturalized by taking prior to oiie year after the effective date of this Act, before any court referred to in sul)sectJon (a) of section olO of the Immigration and Nationality Act oi- l3<^fore any diplomatic or consular officer of the United States abroad, the oat hs prescribed by section?v37 of the said Act. From and after naturalization under this Act, the Diosdado F. Almazan shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss. Approved November 2, 1965.

Private Law 89-203 AN ACT For the relief of Nora Isabella Samuelli.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Vn'ded States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the.purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Nora Isabella Samuelli shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of July 31, 1963, upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Eleni Bacola Ciacco, doctor of medicine, shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of December 19, 1957.
