Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 11 of chapter II of the Life Insurance Act, approved June 19, 1934, as amended (48 Stat. 1132, as amended, 77 Stat. 347; title 35, section 410, D.C. Code, 1961 edition) is hereby amended by striking therefrom the first sentence. Approved September 7, 1966.
