Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Dr. M. O. Santos United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purEstevez ee Stat. 163. poses of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Doctor Mario Orlando 8use 1101 note. Santos-Estevcz shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of September 21, 1961. Approved November 2, 1966.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Kim Kap Yung. United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, K i m K a p Yung may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1) 79 Stat. 719. (F) of that Act, upon approval of a petition filed in his behalf by 8 USC 1101. -J^IJ^ ^J^^ j^j,g Raymond J. McCreight, citizens of the United States, 8 USC 1154. pursuant to section 204 of that Act. Section 204(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, relating to the number of petitions which may be approved, shall be inapplicable in this case. Approved November 2, 1966.
