AN ACT For the relief of Rauiiro Velasciiiez Hnerta.

Be it enacted by the Seimte and House of Refremntat'mes of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That^ iiotwithstandjiigthe provision of section 212(a) (31) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Ramiro Velasquez Huerta may be issued a visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Lineha^*"'^'^^"^ United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of paragraph (7) of section 301(a) of the Immigration and 66 Stat. 2 3 5; Nationality Act, John Guiney Linehan, a citizen of the United States, 80 Stat. 1322. 8 USC 1401. shall be held and considered to have resided in and to have been physically present in the United States, prior to the birth of his natural child, Mary Bernadette Linehan, for a period of five years after he had attained the age of fourteen years.
