GENERAL RESEARCH S U r r O R T GRANTS
For general research support grants, as authorized in section 301(d) of the Act, there shall be available from appropriations available to the National Institutes of Health for operating expenses the sum of $61,700,000: Provided, That none of these funds shall be used to pay a recipient of such a grant any amount for indirect expenses in connection with such project. COMMUNITY M E N T A L H E A L T H RESOURCE SUPPORT
For grants pursuant to the Community Mental Health Centers Act, as amended, and for expenses pursuant to section 402(a)(2) of the Narcotic Addict Rehabilitation Act of 1966 (Public Law 89-793), $100,168,000, of which $45,000,000 for construction shall remain available until June 30, 1969: Provided, That there jndiy be transferred to this appropriation from "Community health services" an amount not to exceed the sum of the allotment adjustments made by the Secretary pursuant to section 132(c) of the Mental Retardation Facilities Construction Act.
