410 Restriction.

P e r s o n s inciting riots, etc. Prohibition of payments, etc.

Short title.

SEC. 905. Xo part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless expressly so provided herein. SEC. 906. No part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall be used to finance any Civil Service Interagency Board of Examiners. SEC. 907. Xo part of the funds appropriated under this Act shall be used to provide payments, assistance, or services, in any form, with respect to any individual convicted in any Federal, State, or local court of competent jurisdiction, of inciting, promoting, or carrying on a riot, or any group activity resulting in material damage to property or injury to persons, found to be in violation of Federal, State, or local laws designed to protect persons or property in the community concerned. This Act may be cited as the "Departments of Labor, and Health, Education, and Welfare Appropriation Act, 1968". Approved November 8, 1967. Public Law 90-133

ACT

Making appropriations for the Departments of State, Justice, and Commerce, the Judiciary, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the Departments of State, Justice, and Commerce, the Judiciary, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968, and for other purposes, namely:
