(d) The table of contents of chapter 59 of title 39, United States Code, is amended by striking out— "4252. Weight limit." and inserting in lieu thereof— "4252. Size and weight limits.". AIRMAIL

SEC. 102. (a) Subsections (a) and (b) of section 4303 of title 39, United States Code, are amended to read as follows: " (a) Except as provided in section 4304 of this title and subsection (b) of this section, the rate of postage on domestic airmail weighing not more than 7 ounces is 10 cents for each ounce or fraction thereof. " (b) The rate of postage on each postal card and post card sent as domestic airmail is 8 cents.". (b) Subsection (d) of section 4303 of title 39, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking out paragraph (1) and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "(1) The rates of postage on air parcel post are based on the eight zones described in section 4553, or prescribed pursuant to section 4558, of this title in accordance with the following tables:
