For carrying out the provisions of titles I, II, and III of the Vocational Education Act of 1946, as amended (20 U.S.C. 15i-15m, 15o-15q, 15aa-15jj, 15aaa-15ggg), section 1 of the Act of March 3, 1931 (20 U.S.C. 30), the Act of March 18, 1950 (20 U.S.C. 31-33), section 9 of the Act of August 1, 1956 (20 U.S.C. 34), section 2 of the Act of September 25, 1962 (48 U.S.C. 1667), and the Vocational Education Act of 1963 (20 U.S.C. 35-35n) (except sections 4(c), 13 and 14) (20 U.S.C. 35c(c) and 35k); $248,216,000, of which $198,225,000 20 USC 35Z. shall be for vocational education programs under section 4(a) and (b) of the Vocational Education Act of 1963 (20 U.S.C. 35a and b). 20 USC 35c.
