To Amend Title 38 of the United States Code to liberalize the provsions relating to payment of pension and for other purposes.
Be enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) the table in subsection (b) of section 521 of title 38, United States Code, is amended to appear as follows:
