Private Law 90-308 AN ACT For the relief of Lieutenant Commander William W. Gentry.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Lieutenant wimam°w.'Gentry, Commander William W. Gentry, United States Navy, retired, of USN. Springfield, Virginia, is relieved of liability to the United States in the amount of $4,643.10, representing the total amount of retired pay which the said William W. Gentry was not entitled to receive during the period beginning November 24, 1965, and ending October 23, 1966, while he was employed by the ConstrucTech Corporation of Springfield, Virginia, and that concern was engaged in certain contract work for the United States. I n the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, credit shall be given for amounts for which liability is relieved by this section. SEC. 2. (a) The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said William W. Gentry, the amount certified to him by the Secretary of the Navy as an amount equal to the aggregate of the amounts paid by him, or withheld from sums otherwise due him, with respect to the indebtedness to the United States specified in the first section of this Act. (b) No part of the amount appropriated in subsection (a) of this section shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this subsection shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved August 3, 1968.

Private Law 90-309 AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to convey the Argos National Fish H a t c h e r y in Indiana to the I z a a k Walton League.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary puhHat^hLry"^^ of the Interior is authorized to convey to the Argos (Indiana) Chapter Numbered 68 of the Izaak Wallx)n League of America without compensation the title to the Argos National Fish Hatchery in Marshall County, Indiana, whenever he determines that said league is capable of assuming the full responsibility for operating and maintaining the hatchery for the purposes for which it was established. Whenever the Secretary determines, after conveyance, that the hatchery is not being operated and maintained for the purposes for which it was established, title thereto shall automatically revert to the United States. Approved August 3, 1968.
