TITLE V GENERAL PROVISIONS SEC. 501. No part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless expressly so provided herein. SEC. 502. SEC. 503. Section 201 of the Revenue and Expenditure Control Act Repealof 1968 (Public Law 90-364, approved June 28, 1968), is hereby 5 J^scllofrote repealed. SEC. 504. Funds appropriated, or otherwise made available, by this Act for the fiscal year 1969, shall remain available for obligation until July 1, 1969, or for five days after the date of approval of this Act, whichever is laterj unless a longer period is specifically provided: Provided., That all obligations incurred in anticipation of such appropriations and authority for the fiscal year 1969 as well as those for longer periods as set forth herein are hereby ratified and confirmed if in accordance with the terms hereof. Public Law 91-48 AN ACT To provide for the striking of medals in commemoration of the fiftieth anuiversary of the United States Diplomatic Courier Service.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, in commemo- ^•^- Diplomatic ration of the fiftieth anniversary of the United States Diplomatic °5oth anniver^ Courier Service, the Secretary of the Treasury (hereinafter referred sary medals. to as the "Secretary") is authorized and directed to strike bronze medals of a suitable size, and with suitable emblems, devices, and inscriptions to be determined solely by the Secretary. SEC. 2. The Secretary shall cause such medals to be struck and sold by the mint, as a list medal, under such regulations as he may prescribe, at a price sufficient to cover the cost thereof, including labor, materials, dies, use of machinerv, and overhead expenses.
