AN

ACT

Relating to age limits in connection with appointments to the United States Park Police.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That notwithstanding the provisions of Public Law 89-554 (80 Stat. 419, 5 U.S.C. 3307) the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized to determine and fix the minimum and maximum limits of age within which original appointments to the United States Park Police may be made. AN ACT Making appropriations for the Treasury and Post Office Departments, the Executive Office of the President, and certain independent agencies, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the Treasury and Post Office Departments, the Executive Office of the President, and certain independent agencies, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970, and for other purposes, namely: TITLE I—TREASURY DEPARTMENT OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses in the Office of the Secretary, including the operation and maintenance of the Treasury Building and Annex thereof; and not to exceed $5,000 for official reception and representation expenses; $8,600,000. FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING CENTER SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, $58,000. CONSTRUCTION

For necessary expenses for preparation of plans and specifications for buildings for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, $1,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That such sums as are necessary may be transferred to the General Services Administration for execution of the work. BUREAU OF ACCOUNTS SALARIES A N D E X P E N S E S

For necessary expenses of the Bureau of Accounts, $45,675,000.
