SEC. 2. (a) The Secretary of the Treasury shall strike and furnish to the Fulton Area Chamber of Commerce, Incorporated, not more than one hundred thousand duplicate copies of such medal in silver and bronze (of which not more than five thousand copies shall be in silver). The medals shall be considered to be national medals within the meaning of section 3551 of the Revised Statutes (31 U.S.C. 368). (b) The medals provided for in this section shall be made and delivered at such times as may be required by the Fulton Area Chamber of Commerce, Incorporated, in quantities of not less than two thousand, but no medals shall be made after December 31, 1969. (c) The Secretary of the Treasury shall cause such medals to be struck and furnished at not less than the estimated cost of manufacture, including labor, materials, dies, use of machinery, and overhead expenses, and security satisfactory to the Director of the Mint shall be furnished to indemnify the United States for full payment of such

Public Law 91-13 AN ACT To provide for the striking of medals in oommemoration of the one hundredth anniversary of the founding of the American Fisheries Society.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in commemo- erfeTsJTc^et^'^'^ ration of the one hundredth anniversary of the founding of the looth annivetAmerican I'isheries Society on December 20, 1870, the Secretary of the ^^""y ^edais. Treasury is authorized and directed to strike and furnish to the American Fisheries Society not more than one hundred thousand medals with suitable emblems, devices, and inscriptions to be determined by the American Fisheries Society subject to the approval of the Secretary of the Treasury. The medals shall be ftiade and delivered at such times as may be required by the American Fisheries Society in (luantities of not less than two thousand, but no medals shall be made after December 31, 1970. The medals shall be considered to be national medals within the meaning of section 3551 of the Revised Statutes (31 U.S.C. 368), SEC. 2.
