For an additional amount for "Disaster relief", $35,000,000, to remain available until expended. INDEPENDENT OFFICES FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $600,000 of \A'hich $100,000 shall remain available until September 30, 1969; (and release of $81,000 reserved under this appropriation pursuant to section 201 of Public Law 90-364).

For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $2,850,000. VETERANS ADMINISTRATION COMPENSATION AND PENSIONS

For an additional amount for "Compensation and pensioiis", $276,600,000, to remain available until expended. READJUSTMENT BENEFITS

For an additional amount for "Readjustment benefits", $89,200,000, to remain available until expended. MEDICAL CARE

For an additional amount for "Medical care", $53,800,000: (and release of $15,167,000 reserved under this appropriation pursuant to section 201 of Public Law 90-364). GENERAL OPERATING

EXPENSES

For an additional amount for "General operating expenses", $12,000,000.

DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT MORTGAGE CREDIT HOMEOWNERSHIP AND RENTAL HOUSING ASSISTANCE

The limitation on total payments that may be required in any fiscal year by all contracts entered into under section 235 of the National Housing Act, as amended (82 Stat. 477), is increased by $45,000,000 and the limitation on total payments under those entered into under section 236 of such Act (82 Stat. 498) is increased by $45,000,000.
