AN n.\y i^ ^i^ ACT Making appropriations for the Treasury and Post Office Departments, the Executive Office of the President, and certain Independent A}ien<-ies, for the fiscal year ending June 80, 1971, and for other purposes.

TITLE I—TKEASURY DEPARTMENT OF F K ' K OF THE SKCKKTARY SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses in the Office of the Secretary, including the ojjeration and maintenance of the Treasury Building and Annex thereof; and not to exceed $5,000 for official reception and representation expenses; $9,fi60,000. FEDERAL L A W ENFORCEMENT TRAiNiN(i ('EN'reR SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses of the Federal Law Enforcement Training ('enter, $1,080,000. CONSTRUCTION

For necessary expenses for preparation of plans and specifications for buildings, and construction of facilities for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, $5,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided. That such sums as are necessary may be transferred to the General Services Administration for execution of the work. BUREAU OF ACCOUNTS SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses of the Bureau of Accounts, $47,'250,000. PAYMENT OF (TOVERNMENT LOSSES IN S H I P M E N T

For an additional amount for payment of Government losses in shipment, in accordance with section 2 of the Act approved July 8, HK^T (40 T-S-G. 722), $400,000, to remain available until expended. BUREAU OF CUSTOMS SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses of the Bureau of Customs, including purchase of one hundred and fourteen passenger motor vehicles (of which ninety-four shall be for replacement only), including one hundred and four for police-type use without regard to the general purchase price limitation for the current fiscal year, but not in excess of $800 per vehicle; acquisition, operation, and maintenance of aircraft; and hire of passenger motor vehicles and aircraft; and awards of compen-
